RETURN & REFUND POLICY

MOKUYA & Co. では、家具・キッチン用品・収納・照明・インテリア雑貨など、暮らしを彩る幅広い商品を取り扱っております。お客様に安心してお買い物いただけるよう、以下のとおり返品・返金に関するルールを定めております。ご購入前に必ずご一読ください。

不良品・配送中の破損について

対象：製造上の不具合／配送中の破損／ご注文と異なる商品の到着

以下のいずれかに該当する場合、商品到着日を含めて8日以内にご連絡いただければ、当店品質チームが写真をもとに確認のうえ、送料含め全額返金、またはご希望に応じて無料で商品を再送いたします。

製造上の不具合（初期不良）がある場合
配送中の破損・欠損がある場合
ご注文いただいた商品と異なる商品が届いた場合

期限：到着後8日送料：当店負担全額返金 or 無料再送

ご連絡の際は、注文番号と状態が分かる写真（複数枚推奨）を support@mokuyajp.com までお送りください。品質チームが内容を確認し、対応方法をご案内いたします。

お客様都合による返品

「イメージと違った」「サイズが合わなかった」「気が変わった」など、商品自体に問題がない場合の返品です。

条件

商品到着日を含めて7日以内のご連絡
未使用・未組立・未開封・タグ付き、元の梱包状態であること
返送料はお客様のご負担となります

期限：到着後7日送料：お客様負担

返金について：通常価格でご購入いただいた商品は、返送料を差し引いた金額を返金いたします。期間限定セールやキャンペーン価格でご購入いただいた商品については、ご購入時のページまたは確認メールに記載の条件が優先され、返金内容が異なる場合があります。記載がない場合は、本ポリシーの内容が適用されます。

いずれの場合も、返品商品を確認のうえ、当店にて内容を精査し、返金額を確定いたします。
